Booking and stay

Booking & stay

How a stay is arranged

Five stages, from the first enquiry to the end of the rental period.

Enquiry

You send preferred location, length of stay and number of guests.

Options

We check availability and return homes that fit, with charges confirmed in euros.

Agreement

A rental agreement is prepared with the property details and terms for your stay.

Preparation

The home is cleaned and prepared, and entry arrangements are agreed with you.

The stay

You live in it. Cleaning and maintenance run through a single contact.

Charges

How rental charges are worked out

There is no fixed rate card, because the charge depends on the property and how long you stay. Each component is set out in your quote before you commit.

Per property

The home you choose

Size, layout and location set the base. A one-bedroom apartment and a family home are not priced alike.

Per length of stay

How long you stay

A stay of several weeks or months is quoted at a lower rate than the same home for a few nights.

Agreed separately

Anything additional

A security deposit, or services agreed for a specific stay, are identified separately in the quote.

Charges are stated in euros (€) and sent to you on request — there is no price list to read online, because the figure only becomes accurate once the property and dates are known. Request a quote and we will price the stay for you.

Lengths of stay

We handle stays from a few days to a season. Rental charges are worked out per property and per length of stay.

Rental agreement

What the agreement sets out

  • The home, its location and the dates of the stay
  • Rental charges in euros, and what is additional
  • Payment schedule and the status of each payment
  • Cancellation, amendment and end-of-stay terms
  • Responsibilities for the home during the stay

Check-in arrangements

Arrival is agreed before the stay rather than on the day, so entry is not something to work out while travelling.

1
Timing agreed in advance

Arrival window and entry time confirmed as part of the agreement.

2
Keys handed over

Keys provided at the property on arrival, or a secure self-check where it suits the home.

3
Home already prepared

Cleaned and ready before you arrive, so check-in is a matter of arriving.

4
Contact from day one

A named contact for the duration of the stay, reachable from the start.

During the stay

Cleaning and maintenance

Routine care is scheduled rather than requested each time, and repairs go through one channel instead of several.

Cleaning is carried out before arrival and on an agreed schedule during longer stays. Routine maintenance is raised with your contact and handled without you needing to chase it.
